At Memo Paris, we strive to ensure your olfactory journey is perfect; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, we accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. To ensure a seamless experience, every fragrance purchase includes a matching sample to test before opening the full-size bottle.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our fragrance experts via our official contact form or email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Parcel

  Carefully pack the unopened product in its original luxury packaging and shipping box to ensure the delicate glass bottle remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our team and attach it securely to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
